The villa is set in 1 acre of grounds on the
hillside, nestling on the edge of the tiny village of Haradiatika and easily
accessible by road, just a few
minutes from Nidri.
The villa offers spectacular scenery looking out over the crystal blue waters of the
Ionian and the Greek mainland and in contrast the immediate
surrounding area with its lush green forestry of olive groves and orange
& lemon trees. You can watch and listen to the different variety of birds
& wildlife whilst lazing by the pool and taking in the
breathtaking views.
The accommodation
has been so designed as to offer the highest of standards and quality
along with character, charm and comfort, ensuring your stay will be an

- The three bedrooms all have ensuite bathrooms (1
with twin vanity basins & shower, 1
with shower and 1 with bath/shower) with the added unusual luxury of
English plumbing & therefore being able to flush toilet paper. There
is 1 double & a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes & a further
bedroom with freestanding wardorbe. All bathrooms
also have hairdryers & shaver sockets.
- Fully fitted kitchen with Granite tiled
work surfaces, oven, hob, microwave,
sink, dishwasher, fridge-freezer (with ice cool water & ice supply),
washing machine, toaster ,
kettle , coffee maker, sandwich toaster, iron, ironing board, cooking utensils and crockery etc.
- Lounge/dining area with wooden beamed
ceiling and feature open fireplace. TV, Video, CD & DVD player, extending
dining table & chairs with matching Welsh dresser. 3 & 2 seater sofas
coffee & nest of tables.
- Air conditioning and windows fitted with
mosquito screens in every room. The lounge & bedrooms also have ceiling fans.
- The pool has a Jacuzzi with a spacious sunbathing
area set out with sunbeds, umbrellas, dining table, chairs, hot & cold
shower and an Australian Gas barbecue.
